  Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest
• Waist
  Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist without tightening the measure tape.

  Measure horizontally around the navel for stomach.
  
• Hip
  Standing with your feet together, measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips.
